Terms & Conditions — Fabreeze Aircon Cleaning

1. Services
Fabreeze Aircon Cleaning provides professional air conditioner cleaning, sanitisation, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients. Services include (but aren’t limited to): Split System Deep Cleans, Box Window AC Cleans, and Outdoor Condenser Unit Cleans. We use professional, hospital-grade products and high-pressure equipment for cleanliness, safety, and performance.
2. Pricing
All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Advertised prices may change without notice. Once a booking is confirmed, your quoted price is fixed unless extra units or add-on services are requested.
Travel Fees: Fabreeze Aircon Cleaning does not charge any travel or call-out fees for customers within our listed service areas.
3. Payment Terms
- Standard: Payment is due on the day of service (cash or card via Square/Setmore) unless otherwise arranged in writing.
- Invoices: If an invoice is issued, it must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Full payment is required before the technician leaves the site, unless an invoice arrangement has been agreed prior to service.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule where possible.
- No cancellation fees apply. We understand plans can change and are happy to reschedule your booking free of charge.
- If your booking includes multiple services (e.g., indoor and outdoor cleans), ensure all components are cancelled or email us and we’ll cancel them for you.
5. Access & Safety
- Clients must ensure safe, reasonable access to all units being serviced.
- We do not service outdoor units in high or unsafe locations. If access is unsafe, that unit’s service will be cancelled for safety reasons.
- Please remove obstacles that block access to indoor/outdoor units before your appointment.
6. Liability & Warranty
While every care is taken during your service, Fabreeze Aircon Cleaning is not liable for the following:
- Pre-existing faults, damage, or deterioration of any unit or its electrical components;
- Issues caused by improper installation, rust, corrosion, or manufacturer defects;
- Any loss, damage, or injury that occurs due to factors outside our control on site.
We stand by the quality of our work and offer a 7-day workmanship guarantee on cleaning services (this covers our workmanship only, not the performance or lifespan of your unit). If you have concerns following a clean, please contact us promptly so we can assist.
7. Photos & Marketing
Before/after photos may be taken for quality assurance or promotional use. We never share personally identifiable details without your consent.
8. Privacy
We collect only the personal information needed to deliver services, communicate, and invoice. We do not sell or rent customer data. For privacy queries, contact us using the details below.
9. Agreement
By booking with Fabreeze Aircon Cleaning, you confirm you’ve read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
10. Travel & Pricing Policy
Fabreeze Aircon Cleaning prides itself on transparency and fairness. We have no hidden fees, no travel fees, and no additional charges under any circumstances.
- No Travel or Call-Out Fees: We do not charge extra for travel within our service areas.
- No “Dirty Unit” Fees: The quoted price covers your full clean, regardless of the condition of your unit.
- No Surprise Add-Ons: You will never be charged more on the day for things like mould level, access time, or coil condition.
- Honest Pricing Promise: The amount you are quoted is the amount you pay — nothing more. We stand by our prices and value integrity with every service.
